It’s important for you to know, if you were on automatic bill pay in the old system you will need to re-enroll in the new one. Simply going to the bill pay portal and click on the ENROLL button (see image of new payment protal enrollment below).
Also, autopay payments WILL NOT be deducted until you sign up in the new system.
Over the course of the past few months, the District's finance team has been working diligently on transitioning to a new and improved online payment system. This new system gives us an array of enhanced features we are confident our valued customers will find beneficial, such as:
- User-friendly functionality to update and manage payment options
- Improved reporting functionality to provide details on payment history and real-time account balance
- Ability to view and download monthly statements, autopayment, sign up for text bill notification & pay by text
