To transfer water/sewer service to your name as the new/proposed owner please fill out the form below at least 7 business days PRIOR to the scheduled close of escrow date to allow time for processing. Otherwise, the transfer will not be completed on the day of escrow closing.

For quick and easy access to account activity please contact us 3-5 days after escrow closes to obtain your new account number and register on our online portal

As a new owner/expected new owner of this property, I authorize water/sewer service to be placed in my name. I fully understand as a property owner I am responsible for water/sewer service charges and that the District will be billing me for service(s) provided. As such, by signing below I agree to pay in full all charges up to the date service is transferred out of my name in compliance with Administrative Code Section 8.02.210.

Your water/sewer services will be billed to you monthly. The billing invoice you receive reflects the amount of water used in the previous month. Meters are read every 27 to 33 days. Applicable fixed charges are also included, and payment is due regardless of receiving an invoice.
