On September 30, 2015 the District filed a Petition for Reconsideration with the State Water Resources Control Board in an effort to remove what we consider to be an unjustified and unfunded mandate to impose additional restrictions and costs on our ratepayers. It is our intention to begin a dialogue with the SWRCB to work through our issues in a cooperative manner but the goal is to demonstrate that our ratepayers should not be subject to extra costs and restrictions. Rainbow Municipal Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Rainbow Municipal Water District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
