On February 27, 2018 the Rainbow MWD Board of Directors establishing a policy to provide conditional temporary relief to persons who have suffered a loss of their homes including complete loss of use of their water service or wastewater service to the property due to the 2017 Lilac Fire. Rainbow Municipal Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
