The County of San Diego Waterscape Rebate Program offers a variety of options to reduce water use by installing drip irrigation systems, upgrading plantings to native and low-water plants, and installing rain barrels to capture rain. The Waterscape Program is designed to minimize your water bill through planting of native plants to reduce water usage and installation of water-wise techniques to maximize saings.
Eligibility
Open to all Rainbow Municipal Water District ratepayers in San Diego County.
