The Rainbow MWD Board of Directors will release the proposed changes to the water rates at the October 27, 2015 Board meeting. There will be a 45 day review period for customers to review the proposed changes and a hearing on December 15, 2015 to receive comments and take action on the rate changes. Formal notice of rate changes will go out by mail to all property owners/ratepayers on October 30, 2015. A full cost of service study was performed to equitably allocate the costs of water to the various customer classes.
