Mr. Wiley was appointed as General Manager by the Board of Directors on August 26, 2023, to oversee the total operation of District functions and programs as well as ensure the District goals and objectives are accomplished.
Mr. Wiley previously served as the Assistant General Manager at Rancho California Water District in Temecula. He joined Rancho Water in 2011 and served various roles in the Engineering department, including Engineering Manager. Before joining Rancho Water, he worked as a Water Resources Associate for over ten years for RBF Consulting.
Mr. Wiley holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He is a California-licensed Professional Engineer and earned certifications from the California State Water Resources Control Board for Treatment and Distribution Operators.
