The Rainbow MWD Board and staff, along with our volunteer committees, have been working on a draft Strategic Plan for the District. This important document is intended to serve as a roadmap for the District, providing the management team with specific goals and objectives. Our District faces a number of challenges, including large scale development, imported water curtailments, among others, and this strategic plan is intended to help guide the actions of the District in a consistent and open way.
The District would like to get your feedback on this important document so we can make sure that our vision of the District is consistent with that of our customers. The document is very concise, so it won't take a long time to review. If you get a chance, please download the file here:
If you would like to send comments about this document, please either send them by mail to 3707 Old Highway 395, Fallbrook, CA 92028 or submit them by email here. Comments are due by December 15, 2016. The Board will be considering adopting the Strategic Plan on January 26, 2015.
Thank you for your participation in this important project.
