RMWD Compensation Study RFP
Rainbow Municipal Water District is currently seeking proposals for a Compensation market study. It is the District’s policy to maintain a competitive compensation program that will attract and retain the best qualified employees.
The District's current workforce consists of 51 full time employees who belong to three bargaining units. The District has 30 job classifications, including 15 series classifications. The compensation plan is intended to be internally equitable as well as representative of the external market for both talent acquisition and employee retention.
Rainbow Municipal Water District is a special District that provides water distribution and wastewater collection services over approximately 82 square miles of the Northernmost area of San Diego County, including the community of Rainbow and portions of the cities of Fallbrook, Vista, and Oceanside.
