Local water agency members traveled to Los Angeles to attend the Metropolitan Water District (MWD) board meeting on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 to demand accountability by MWD, challenging their rates, and demanding fairness and agreement with state laws. Rainbow Municipal Water District’s General Manager Tom Kennedy was among those who testified at the Board meeting, asking MWD to comply with State laws when setting their rates.
Rainbow Municipal Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Rainbow Municipal Water District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
