Division 5 is served by Director Michael Mack. Director Mack also serves as the Board-appointed CSDA representative and ACWA alternate representative. Division 5 represents the northern region of the district. The Division generally is bounded by Riverside County on the North, Fallbrook Public Utilities District on the West, Reche Road and Pala Mesa Heights Drive on the South, and Lemon-Lime on the East.
