Rainbow MWD contracts out our bill mailing service to a firm that does this work for many companies. Apparently, the firm made an error in our Cycle 1 billing and mailed out the wrong newsletter with the bills. Replacement newsletters will be mailed out on August 17th. Rainbow Municipal Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
