Classification of Service - Class Code / Rate Class
Water users are billed by the designated Classification of Service or Rate Class. Customer rate classes are set up at the start of service and changes to the account class code can be requested once a calendar year by the customer.

Rainbow Municipal Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Rainbow Municipal Water District
