•(Since the end of the winter rainy season, the statewide water supply conditions have improved considerably. Because of this the State Water Resources Control Board have rescinded most of the mandatory conservation targets and replaced them with supply based targets. In San Diego County, the investments in water supply reliability have enabled us to move to a 0% conservation target with certain end use restrictions on water waste remaining. Revised the Drought Ordinance to comply with the current regulatory environment.)
