2019 Communications and Customer Service Committee
The Committee shall work in concert with the General Manager. The Committee shall be responsible for matters of internal and external communications including: positive public image; positive staff relationships; community outreach; media relations; water conservation programs; intergovernmental relations; customer service policies; and other public relations programs.

Rainbow Municipal Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Rainbow Municipal Water District
