The San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board recently released new draft regulations that will impact all members of an Irrigated Lands Group. Please download and review these regulations here:

The District has submitted a comment letter to the Regional Board already and will continue to work to reduce the burden of these regulations on our NCOLG members.
Rainbow Municipal Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
