Rainbow Rate payers are represented by a five member Board of Directors. To find your representative, please click here for a map of the District.

Regular meetings of the Board of Directors are held on the fourth Tuesday of each calendar month. The meeting time will be 11:00 a.m. The November and December meetings will be combined and held on the first Tuesday in the month of December each calendar year. The meetings will have Closed Session time certain at 11:00 a.m. with the intent of reconvening into Open Session at 1:00 p.m. at which time the remainder of the agenda items will be addressed. There will be a public comment period prior to the Closed Session to allow interested members of the public to comment on those items on the Closed Session agenda. The Open Session will not start before 1:00 p.m.

All regular meetings will be conducted in the Board room of the District at 3707 Old Highway 395, Fallbrook, CA 92028.  Each meeting is open to the public, and the public is encouraged to attend.

Agendas for all Regular Board meetings are posted at least seventy-two hours prior to the meeting on a bulletin board outside of the District office.

Special Board meetings may be called as needed.   Agendas for Special Board meetings are posted at least twenty-four hours prior to the meetings.
