GENERAL EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION
Rainbow Municipal Water District offers excellent benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, PERS retirement (2.5% @ 55), life and long-term disability insurance and a deferred compensation program. Employees receive 12 paid holidays annually. Employees also receive accrued paid time off (PTO) to be used for approved vacation, sick, bereavement, personal and statutory leaves of absence.

Rainbow Municipal Water District requires all applicants to complete a district employment application with an original signature. Applications for employment are only accepted when there is an opened and posted job vacancy. All applications received after the advertised closing date and time will not be considered.
A resume may be included with the application; however, it will NOT be accepted in lieu of the District's employment application unless otherwise specified. The recruitment selection process will take approximately 30-90 days. Applicants accepted for consideration of employment will be subject to a background investigation and drug testing.
