Division 5 represents the property owners in the northern region of the district.   The Division generally is bounded by Riverside County on the North, Fallbrook Public Utilities District on the West, Reche Road and Pala Mesa Heights Drive on the South, and Lemon-Lime on the East.

Division 5 is served by Director Dennis Sanford, Board Vice President and LAFCO representative.
