Division 1 represents the property owners in the southern region of the District.   The Division generally is bounded by Lilac Road on the North, Old River Road on the West, the Vallecitos Water District on the South, and Interstate 15 on the East.

Division 1 is served by Director Gerald Walson, Board President and SDCWA Representative.
