The District’s 26 million gallon Northside Reservoir was shut down on Friday, January 22nd, 2010. Construction started the following week. At Northside Reservoir the District is installing a new inlet/outlet system that will reduce the time water sits in the reservoir, thus improving water quality. The reservoir will also be receiving a new liner to prevent leakage and a new floating cover to protect against the elements, dust, animals and mischievous activities.
